Barclaycard’s Orange Credit Card iPhone App wins FS Tech award

IE would like to congratulate Barclaycard and Orange on their success at the FS Tech awards held in London on 31st March. The Orange Credit Card iPhone app won the ‘Payments innovation of the Year’ award in a competitive category, beating the likes of Deutsche Bank and RBS.

As part of Barclaycard’s on-going commitment to innovation in 2010, they worked with IE and First Data to create an iPhone application for Barclaycard’s Orange Credit Card customers. The application offers unique on- and off-line functionality, and also allows customers to pay their Orange Credit Card bill from their iPhone.

IE is proud to be the technology provider behind the Orange Credit Card app through its mobile banking product Mobinetic.
