IE's comprehensive support service provides you with software maintenance support and the provision of regular product upgrades in line with regulatory requirements. Queries can be raised and tracked via our secure web-based support system or email, with 9am to 5pm support offered as standard. A 24x7 support option is also available.
We also understand that your project will not stand still
After initial product installation, new business needs could arise or you may wish to add additional functionality. We are happy to work closely with you to enhance your online offering and develop any further requirements you may have as part of an additional support arrangement.
