Distribution partners

First Data International

First Data and IE joined forces in 2002 to jointly distribute and market IE's cards software to First Data's UK and European customers. The software system, marketed as First Online, provides a full Internet solution for consumer card issuers and their customers, allowing cardholders to apply online for a new card and use the Internet to manage their account.

First Data is the largest independent third party cards processor in Europe with nearly 30 years experience in transaction processing. First Data Corporation provides account processing and associated services for 1,400 card issuers, maintains 310 million card accounts and processes and settles more than 5 billion transactions annually for 2 million merchant locations.


Unisys

Unisys Ltd has been a leading provider of systems and processing solutions to the UK financial services industry for over 20 years. Its platform, UFSS, provides transaction processing and administration systems for mortgages, loans, savings and investments.

IE has been a Unisys partner since December 2006 and provides Unisys clients with a white-labelled version of its NetFinance platform for savings. With Unisys IE will also develop a mortgage solution for consumers and intermediaries fully integrated with Unisys UMO and UFSS systems.


Laser UK

Laser UK is a leading provider of credit and in store finance for a number of well known retailers, including JJB Sports, Selfridges & Co and Clarks. Laser UK is the UK subsidiary of LASER, owned by Galeries Lafayette and BNP Paribas Groups.

Laser UK use NetFinance for online application and account servicing for several of its retail partners. NetFinance is integrated into Certegy Base 2000 and Laser UK call centre and credit systems. Laser UK uses NetFinance Montage to manage live customer sites.


Bank of New York

The Bank of New York (BNY) agreed a distribution partnership in 2002 to offer IE's NetFinance software to BNY's existing retail fund customers, with our first joint customer going live in December 2002. The software provides online fund dealing, account servicing and management facilities for direct investors and advisors.

The Bank of New York's European Fund Services division is the UK's leading retail funds administrator, providing consultancy, software and administration services for a wide range of UK retail fund managers. Its proprietary retail funds dealing and registration software, RUFUS, accounts for around 25% of the UK retail funds management market alone.
